WebMail Admin

Follow the below quick reference links to administrator your domain email.
- To Add an email address.
- To Delete an email address.
- To Modify an existing email address.
- To Change the email username.
- To add an Alias address to an existing email.
- To Forward email from an existing email address to another email address, either in your domain or to and a different domain.
- Auto Reply or vacation auto response.

- To begin the WebMail interface:
- Go to http://webmail.domain.com:81 in your browser. (For example, http://webmail.bravo.com:81)
- Select Enter

- Enter your email address. (For example johnny@bravo.com)
- Enter your Password
- Select OK


- To Add an account:
- Enter the email user name into the Create Account Box
- Press Create Account

- Enter the Real Name:
- Enter the Password
- Select Update
- Select the domain name from the top to return to the Admin Window

- To Delete an account:
- Select the Account from the user list
- Scroll to the bottom of the page

- Select Remove Account
- Select Remove from the confirmation page

- To Modify an account:
- Select the Account from the user list

- Modify the Real Name:
- Modify the Password
- Select Update
- Select the domain name from the top to return to the Admin Window

- To Change an Account name:
For example if the account pinger should have been ping
- Select the Account from the user list
- Scroll to the bottom of the page

- Enter the new account name into the box (For example ping)
- Select the Rename Account button
- The new email address will be ping@domain.com instead of pinger@domain.com
- Select the domain name from the top to return to the Admin Window

- To Create an Alias for an Account:
An alias is an additional email account that goes to an existing account. For example, you would create an alias of john in the johnny account so the email for johnny@bravo.com and john@bravo.com will go to the same account
- Select the Account from the user list
- Scroll to the middle of the page

- Enter the alias account name into the box (For example john)
- Select the Update button
- Select the domain name from the top to return to the Admin Window

- To Forward mail for an Account:
There are 2 methods to forwarding mail. 1. You can create a forward Account. 2. You can create a standard account and forward the mail from the box.
- Forwarder account
You create a forwarder account if mail will never originate from this account. All replies will come from the account the email is being forwarded to.
- Select the hyperlink Forwarders

- Enter the username and the email address is should be forwarded to. (for example, info@bravo.com will be forwarded to johnny@bravo.com)
- select update

- Standard account with forward
A standard forward account is used when email will be sent from that email address and people we be able to reply back to the email.
- Select the Account from the user list

- Select Rules from the top menu

- Put a check into the Reroute All Mail to: check box
- Enter the email address that the mail will be forwarded to if there is more than one email address, separate them by commas
- Uncheck the Keep a Copy check box, unless you wish to forward AND keep a copy to access via a mail client such as outlook express
- Select Update

- Auto-Reply
Auto-Reply is usually used for a general email box, such at info@bravo.com, to send out a message the email was received and will be attended to. Auto responders are also used for vacation responses. To send an auto-reply that the person whose email address you are sending to is temporarily out of the office.
- Select the Account from the user list

- Select Rules from the top menu

- Put a check into the Auto-Reply: check box
- Enter your message
- Select Update

To make any modifications to the domain email, you must first be set up as an admin to the account.
