Velocity Networks performs routine maintenance that enables us to install improvements to our network and infrastructure. Additionally, preventative maintenance is performed to correct potential issues that have been identified by Velocity Networks' early warning procedures and processes that are based on careful monitoring and thorough analysis of activity logs of our network and facilities. Velocity Networks makes every effort to prevent disruptions in service and performs maintenance during low traffic times in order to minimize potential interruptions to customers' Internet operations.

The Velocity Networks maintenance windows are Monday to Tuesday and Friday to Saturday from 22:01 to 03:00 Pacific Standard Time.
